At FutureFeed, we’re building the next generation of compliance automation for organizations protecting sensitive information. Our SaaS platform integrates deeply with Microsoft services - Intune, Defender, and the wider Microsoft Graph ecosystem - to automatically collect, validate, and maintain evidence of compliance. We’re looking for a Principle Product Engineer, a technical leader and builder, to shape, scale, and strengthen our platform specifically in creating and managing API data integrations. This role combines hands-on full-stack development with product-level thinking, ensuring that what we ship not only works, but works beautifully.

Salary Range: $125,000 – $175,000 per year

What You’ll Do
Lead Full-Stack Development: Architect and implement core platform features across Rails, React, and PostgreSQL.
Integrate Microsoft Ecosystems: Design and manage secure, performant integrations with Microsoft Graph APIs (Intune, Defender, etc.) for automated data acquisition.
Capture and Manage Evidence: Build data flows and UI workflows that ingest and validate compliance artifacts from external systems.
Mentor and Collaborate: Partner with product, design, and engineering peers to translate complex requirements into simple, maintainable solutions.
Scale and Secure: Apply best practices in performance tuning, security, and maintainability for a SaaS environment subject to compliance standards.
Advance Developer Experience: Drive improvements in CI/CD, code quality, and automation leveraging AI-assisted development tools.

Job requirements
What We’re Looking For
Citizenship: U.S. citizen or green card holder residing in the United States.
Experience: 10+ years of full-stack development, with 4+ years in Ruby on Rails and React.
Collaboration: Excellent communication and ability to align product and technical goals.
Architecture & Design: Ability to design scalable, secure systems and data models for multi-tenant SaaS.
Microsoft Graph Expertise: Proven track record integrating Microsoft Graph APIs and services (Intune, Defender, Entra, etc.) in production applications.
Security Mindset: Strong understanding of OAuth, scopes, and permissions across Microsoft identity and data APIs.
Frontend Skills: Proficiency in React, MUI, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript tooling.
Preferred Qualifications
Back-End Knowledge: Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Azure AD, Defender for Endpoint, and Intune policy data structures.
Cloud Experience: Understanding of AWS or Azure-based application development and deployment.
Data: Background in data modeling for evidence or audit systems.
Security Awareness: Experience working in FedRAMP-authorized environments or with similar security frameworks.
Compliance: Experience with compliance frameworks (CMMC, NIST 800-171, FedRAMP).
AI Integration: Proven track record of using AI tools like Claude, Cursor, etc. to enhance development workflows.
Leadership: Experience leading small teams or mentoring engineers.
