We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team to support and execute day-to-day marketing programs across channels. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for an experienced marketer who can work independently, manage multiple initiatives at once, and reliably move marketing work forward without heavy oversight.
This role focuses on high-quality execution, operational consistency, and strong collaboration with sales, product, and leadership
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution & Operations
· Support the execution of day-to-day marketing activities across email, website, content, and social channels
· Build, deploy, and optimize email campaigns and nurture programs, using both existing and new templates
· Manage lead lists, segmentation, tagging, imports, and CRM hygiene, ensuring clean and usable data
· Maintain the marketing calendar, coordinate timelines, and keep initiatives on track
· Document processes, templates, and repeatable workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
Market Positioning & Competitive Visibility
· Support positioning FutureFeed as a market leader relative to competitors by creating and executing high-impact content across the website, social channels, and other marketing touchpoints
· Develop and maintain competitive positioning content, including comparison pages, partner case studies, third-party endorsements, customer recognition, and proof points
· Coordinate the placement and upkeep of company and product information in third-party content, such as Top 10 lists, product comparison websites, review platforms, and industry directories
· Work with partners, customers, and external sources to gather case studies, endorsements, and recognition that reinforce credibility and differentiation
· Ensure competitive and positioning content remains current, accurate, and aligned with brand and messaging guidelines
Social & Customer Marketing
· Plan, schedule, and publish organic social content, primarily on LinkedIn
· Support customer marketing initiatives, including:
o Collecting testimonials and reviews
o Gathering inputs and drafting case studies
o Supporting customer announcements and highlights
· Draft onboarding emails, product updates, and release announcements in coordination with product and leadership
Content Management
· Assist in producing and maintaining marketing assets such as:
· One-pagers
· Sales decks and pitch materials
· Datasheets
· Case studies
· Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines, messaging standards, and visual consistency
· Help in making routine updates to the website, landing pages, and forms, including copy edits, layout changes, and CTA updates
Sales Enablement & Revenue Support
· Partner closely with the sales team to support outbound and follow-up efforts
· Support campaign-related sales enablement needs, including assets for demos, webinars, and customer conversations
· Campaigns, Events & Programs
· Coordinate and execute webinars, demos, and small virtual events, including:
o Promotion and registration
o Reminder and follow-up emails
o Post-event lead handling
· Coordinate and execute trade shows and in-person events
o Proper booth signage
o Company description in program listing
o Promotional items and literature
o Shipping and logistics
· Execute campaign-related tasks such as:
o Landing page updates
o Copy testing (subject lines, CTAs, headlines)
o Basic performance tracking and reporting
Research, Coordination & Continuous Improvement
· Conduct basic competitive and market research and maintain internal reference documents
· Coordinate with freelancers or contractors by providing briefs, assets, timelines, and feedback
· Identify opportunities to improve execution, reuse assets, and streamline workflows
· Pitch in on miscellaneous marketing needs common in an early-stage startup environment
Job requirements
Experience
· 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or technology
· Proven experience executing across multiple channels (email, web, content, social)
· Experience supporting sales teams and revenue-focused initiatives.
Skills
· Strong execution skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
· Excellent written communication and attention to detail
· Comfortable working in common marketing tools (email platforms, CRM, CMS, marketing automation)
· Organized, dependable, and proactive in identifying what needs to be done
· Able to follow established direction while exercising good judgment in execution
· Collaborative, low-ego team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
· The Marketing Manager will be based in our Baltimore, MD headquarters, with periodic travel for events and trade shows.
· Must be able to work effectively with distributed teams.
· Frequent direct collaboration with the CEO and CRO.
