Job description
Highly Experienced Full-stack Senior Developers
Please note: We are not working with placement agencies, recruiters, etc. at this time. If you are a recruiter/placement agency and contact us about these positions, you will be placed on our “banned” list.
Background:
The United States (“US”) government entrusts the creation and handling of sensitive information to contractors who perform work for the government. When that information falls into the wrong hands, it puts our nation’s service members, and our national security, at risk. To help keep our nation safe, the US government is imposing increasingly strict cybersecurity requirements on its contractors.
About the Company and the FutureFeed Platform:
Continuous Compliance LLC is the developer of the industry leading FutureFeed cyber governance platform. The FutureFeed platform helps businesses of all sizes ensure and prove that they are properly safeguarding the US government’s sensitive information.
Continuous Compliance is an equal opportunity employer with a commitment to diversity and inclusion. We have built a reputation as a listening organization and pride ourselves on our ability to learn from to our clients and our employees. The combination of these attributes has helped us create a small but mighty company with an excellent reputation for helping our clients meet and exceed their cybersecurity regulatory requirements.
Although Continuous Compliance is still nimble like a start-up company, we have been in business since 2019. In that time, our development team has built a platform that is trusted by over 800 clients across the country, and beyond. This includes Fortune 100 companies, some of the nation’s leading managed IT and cybersecurity service providers, and hundreds of small and medium businesses across numerous verticals. These clients all trust us to deliver an easy-to-use platform that properly protects some of their most sensitive, security-related information.
We are seeking highly experienced full-stack developers to join our existing team, reporting directly to our Chief Architect. They will help us further enhance the FutureFeed platform while ensuring that we preserve our clients’ trust.
Who We’re Looking for:
Are you a highly experienced software developer who is ready to level up their career by creating cutting-edge software that also helps to secure our nation? If so, you may be just the person we’re looking for.
The company is based in Baltimore, MD, but our development team is entirely remote. So, we’re looking for developers who understand how to work collaboratively with an existing development team while also being self-sufficient enough to work efficiently on their own.
To really pique our interest, you will need to be a full-stack developer (Ruby on Rails, React, PostgreSQL) who is also familiar with API development and security. Due to the complexity of our platform and the pace at which we innovate, we need developers with a minimum of ten (10) years of full-time, full-stack experience.
We will only interview developers who are:
- US Persons (i.e., US citizens or green card holders) AND

If you are not a US person and based in the United States, please do not apply. Inquiries/applications from non-US persons or those who are not based in the US will not be responded to.
