About the Role: We’re looking for an Event Experience Lead at Forum Makers (FutureFeed’s sister company)—a hybrid role that blends event coordination, audience engagement, and creative execution. You’ll play a critical part in shaping both the experience and the visibility of our events, supporting logistics and owning the full attendee journey from first touch to event day and beyond.

This role is perfect for someone who is equal parts organized and creative, energized by both people and data, and excited to grow with a fast-moving startup. You don’t need to be an expert in every area — strength in some plus a strong willingness to learn the rest is exactly what we’re looking for.

Job requirements

What You’ll Do:

Event Experience & Operations

  • Build timelines, run logistics, and support day-of event execution.

  • Coordinate with speakers, facilitators, partners, and vendors.

  • Help create seamless, high-quality attendee experiences.

  • Run tech checks, troubleshoot issues, and confidently support live events.

  • Maintain organized project workflows in Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or similar.

  • Keep documentation, processes, and assets clean and scalable.

  • Support with sponsor fulfillment and other tasks leading up to the event.

Demand Generation & Marketing

  • Support the development of multi-channel campaigns to drive registrations, attendance, and audience growth.

  • Create high-quality assets (social graphics, speaker tiles, landing pages, ads, signage) using Canva or Adobe.

  • Manage event websites/registration systems such as Accelevents or CVENT.

  • Own event-focused social media schedule, content creation, and performance tracking with LinkedIn/ other social platforms.

  • Analyze KPIs, report insights, and optimize future event performance..

  • Collaborate with internal team, speakers and partners on co-marketing efforts.

  • Conduct market research to identify audience interests, trends, and competitive opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with team members on messaging, strategy, and execution.

  • Support sponsor fulfillment and ensure brand consistency across assets.

  • Communicate with attendees, speakers, and partners with professionalism and enthusiasm.

  • Bring creative ideas that elevate event visibility, engagement, and overall experience.

 

What You Bring

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a solutions-first mindset.

  • Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and visual.

  • Experience coordinating events and/or running event marketing campaigns.

  • Proficiency with Canva or Adobe (required).

  • Familiarity with Accelevents or CVENT is a plus — willingness to learn is essential.

  • Experience with Google Ads, Pay-Per-Click, or other marketing channels is a necessity.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Tech-savviness and the ability to pick up new tools quickly.

  • Creative thinking and an eye for improving the attendee journey.

  • Ownership mentality—you take initiative and keep projects moving.

  • Background in CMMC, cybersecurity, compliance, or emerging tech is a plus but not required.
